Full Sourcing Service Agreement

This Service Agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which Revin Automotive provides its Full Sourcing service. By signing below, the client confirms they have read, understood and agreed to all terms contained within this document.
1. The Service
Revin Automotive's Full Sourcing service includes the following:
• Market research and vehicle sourcing on behalf of the client.
• Identification and presentation of suitable vehicles matching the client's brief.
• HPI and vehicle history check on the final agreed vehicle prior to purchase, once a suitable vehicle has been decided upon and all criteria are met.
• Communication with sellers and dealers on the client's behalf.
• Negotiation support to secure the best possible price.
• Guidance and advice throughout the purchase process.
Please note: Revin Automotive acts as an independent sourcing service. We do not purchase vehicles on behalf of the client. The client purchases the vehicle directly from the seller.
2. Service Completion
Revin Automotive's service is considered complete upon the client's collection or receipt of the desired vehicle. Once the vehicle has been collected by the client, Revin Automotive's responsibilities under this agreement are fulfilled.
Any issues, faults, defects or problems arising after the vehicle has been collected by the client are the sole responsibility of the seller. The client must direct any such concerns to the seller directly. Revin Automotive accepts no liability for any issues discovered after collection.
3. Fees & Payment
The Full Sourcing service fee is £299. This fee is due in full before the sourcing process commences. Payment is made via our secure payment link.
For vehicles valued above £30,000, the fee is 1% of the agreed vehicle purchase price (minimum £299).
4. Client Brief & Requirements
The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding their vehicle requirements, including budget, preferred make and model, mileage, specification and any other preferences.
Any changes to the brief after the service has commenced must be communicated in writing. Revin Automotive reserves the right to treat a significantly changed brief as a new service requirement.
Revin Automotive cannot guarantee that a vehicle matching every exact specification will be available on the market at any given time. Suitable alternatives within the spirit of the brief may be presented.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
5.1 — 29-Day Suitability Promise
If Revin Automotive is unable to source a suitable vehicle within 29 days of the service commencing, the client will be offered a 66% refund (£200 on the standard £299 fee), or the option to continue the search.
5.2 — Service Fulfilled
If suitable vehicles are presented to the client within their agreed requirements and budget, the service is considered fulfilled. In this case, refunds would not apply regardless of whether the client proceeds to purchase.
5.3 — Client Change of Mind
If the client decides not to proceed with purchasing a vehicle for personal reasons unrelated to the service provided — including but not limited to: change of circumstances, third party advice, change of preference, or budget changes — no refund will be due as the service will have been delivered.
5.4 — Brief Changes
If the client significantly changes their brief, budget or requirements after the service has commenced, this does not entitle the client to a refund for work already undertaken.
5.5 — Early Cancellation
If the client wishes to cancel the service within the 29-day period and no suitable vehicles have been presented, a partial refund may be considered at Revin Automotive's discretion based on the work completed to date.
6. Vehicle Suitability
Revin Automotive will present vehicles that match the client's stated brief to the best of our ability. The client acknowledges that:
• Not every requirement may be met simultaneously within a given budget.
• Market availability is outside of Revin Automotive's control.
• Vehicles may be sold by third party sellers before the client can proceed.
• Revin Automotive does not own or stock vehicles and acts solely as a sourcing intermediary.
• Final purchasing decisions remain solely with the client.
7. HPI Checks & Vehicle Inspections
Revin Automotive will carry out a full HPI and vehicle history check on the final agreed vehicle once the client has decided to proceed and prior to purchase. This check confirms the vehicle is free from outstanding finance, insurance write-offs and mileage discrepancies.
Physical pre-purchase inspections (OBD scan, mechanical check, underbody inspection) are available as an additional service at extra cost and must be requested by the client before purchase.
Revin Automotive is not liable for any mechanical faults, defects or issues discovered after the client has collected the vehicle. All post-collection issues are the responsibility of the seller.
8. Warranties
Dealer purchases may include a warranty as standard. Private sale vehicles do not include a warranty unless separately arranged. Revin Automotive can assist in arranging third party warranties at additional cost upon request.
9. Negotiation
Revin Automotive will use reasonable efforts to negotiate the best possible price on behalf of the client. However, we cannot guarantee that any specific price reduction will be achieved. Sellers are under no obligation to reduce their asking price.
10. Third Party Involvement
Revin Automotive provides its service to the client directly. Where a third party (such as a family member or advisor) becomes involved in the client's decision-making process, Revin Automotive's obligations remain solely to the client as named in this agreement.
Changes of instruction or requirements communicated by third parties on behalf of the client must be confirmed directly by the client to be actioned.
11. Liability
Revin Automotive's liability is limited to the fee paid for the service. We are not liable for any consequential losses, missed opportunities, or vehicle-related issues arising from the purchase or non-purchase of any vehicle.
Once the vehicle has been collected by the client, all liability passes to the seller. Revin Automotive accepts no responsibility for any faults, mechanical issues or defects discovered after collection.
12. Communication & Records
All communication between the client and Revin Automotive may be retained as a record of service delivery. By signing this agreement, the client consents to Revin Automotive retaining communication records for the purpose of service delivery and dispute resolution.
13. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Client Confirmation & E-Signature
By signing below, I confirm that:
• I have read and understood this Service Agreement in full.
• I agree to all terms and conditions outlined above.
• I understand the refund and cancellation policy.
• I understand that Revin Automotive's service is complete upon collection of the vehicle.
• I understand that any issues after collection are the responsibility of the seller.
• I am entering into this agreement voluntarily and of my own accord.
